Here's what's new in the Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 release of the CAPYBARA Webapp:

Fusions
Added the ability to upload fusions.tsv files. Fusions now show up on the final results screen in a tabular format.

Download CSV
Download a .csv file for any case by clicking the three dots next to the Edit Case button, then clicking Download CSV.

Histology Slide Scale Bar
When viewing a histology slide using the Slide Viewer, a dynamic scale bar appears in the bottom left corner of the slide.
